My great grandmother Ruth Jones started doing readings in the 1910s as during those times in especially 1920s in the Santa Cruz CA area it was quite the fad for the ladies to be interested in the occult she did Gong Hee Fat choi, pendulum readings, tea leaf readings and palm readings as my grandpa was at war she used her abilities for social purposes. These abilities and open-mindedness to the metaphysics world were passed down to my grandmother and my mother and then to me. Growing up in California and up and down the West Coast in the 1970s and '80s as a child I was guided by many teachers of mediumship clairvoyance of the spiritual world, spirit animals, Tree spirits and plant medicine.
