During this pandemic time, we can activate our mental and physical wellness through creative psycho-somatic practices that call forth expression and honor the complexities in our lives. We can embrace, move through and breathe into grief, stress, anxiety, and everything in between, to transform this energy into a holistic foundation for health. Making space for full yawns, laughter, dance, and pleasure are also healing tonics for these globally stressed times. By lifting our spirits, we also lift others.

Each session is catered to your intentions and current state of being to support you in making radical change and growth in your life. Some intentions have included:

: Grounding techniques to strengthen courage in addressing issues at the core of dis-ease and build empowered embodiment.
: Deepen understanding of anxiety, injury healing, alignment, and ritual practice to utilize in mindful approaches toward change.
: Support in fine tuning breathing techniques, yoga postures, & presence in communication. Creative approaches to encourage neuroplasticity.
: Space for embracing inner bliss, rage, shame and everything in between to transform it to radical vitality.
: Guidance through the process of embracing and embodying inner calm, joy, and vibrancy.
